In The Spirit of Healthy Communities...

Transformation is the process of becoming conscious of the many levels on which we make our choices and learning to recognize what it is we create as a result of our choices."
-Carolyn Myss

There’s something very special and powerful about the support of a community, particularly when going through a common experience or working towards a goal. When we know we are not alone, we are more likely to feel compassion for ourselves and what we are going through, in addition to sharing that compassion with others. I have found this to be true in my own life, everything from the health & wellness communities and healing circles I belong to, mentorship programs, and my meditation group. They all support my personal growth and healing. Sharing my journey with these communities has enriched my life in so many ways. I find that we learn so much from each other when we allow ourselves to be seen and heard, and hold the space for others to do the same.

I haven’t always been comfortable with opening up to others, as I often worried about what people would think about me if I shared my struggles or “weakness”, but what I have found is that my ability to be vulnerable in a supportive environment opens doors for deeper connection, healing and growth.

In the spirit of healthy communities, I am offering an 8-week small group program–Whole Self Nourishment, starting April 21st through June 9th.

This series is about connecting with all aspects of the self, identifying what you need to feel your best in body, mind & spirit while becoming more aware of what is getting in your way. It’s a personalized approach, within a small group setting. We will filter out the noise of the “shoulds” we tell ourselves or hear in the media, and focus on being more attentive to our unique bodies and life experiences.

The Whole Self Nourishment program is my way of holding space and supporting you while providing the tools that you can easily integrate into daily life. I want to see you truly thrive.

The 8-week program will incorporate food and holistic lifestyle practices that will support your body’s healing potential, reduce stress, reduce chronic inflammation that leads to chronic pain, fatigue and excess weight, create more balance in your life, and establish a consistent rhythm for self-care. Each week will follow the Seven Systems of Health by Food & Spirit™.

I hope you will join me in embracing this season of renewal with this rejuvenating program!
