Whole Health Consultation

Each mentoring program begins with a Whole Health Consultation. The Whole Health Consultation includes a thorough assessment of your health history, lifestyle, symptoms and concerns so that we can co-create the optimal course of action for replenishing your energy and building your resilience to stress.
One on One Mentoring Sessions
Develop a greater awareness of what gives you energy and where you spend energy in order to gain a better understanding why you experience fatigue or exhaustion. I will listen and provide guidance and support as you observe the elements contributing to your stress and energy levels. Together we will explore a personalized approach to restoring your energy through a gradual integration of practical and nourishing strategies that feed your whole self and enhance your well-being.
Embodied Health Mentoring Program (one on one)
Embodied Health sessions integrate holistic health and wellness mentoring with massage therapy and/or energy work so that your whole being is nourished, relaxed, and prepared to embody the changes you wish to make in your life. This program encourages you to explore the ways you hold stress, tension or pain in your body and mind. Through this combination of therapeutic bodywork and transformative lifestyle practices, you begin to see the old patterns and habits that no longer serve you, as you make way for a renewed foundation of health and vitality to emerge.
Each session will include 30 minutes of mentoring regarding your concerns and intentions, followed by 60 minutes of bodywork, customized for you.

Bodywork is a general term for therapeutic methods that center on the body for the promotion of physical health and emotional and spiritual well-being, including massage, various systems of healing touch, relaxation techniques, and practices designed to affect the body's energy flow.
It is my intention to facilitate a peaceful and healing experience from the moment our session starts. It is your time to simply be, to breathe and let go. We will address your concerns and discuss a plan at the beginning of each session. Whether you are in need of relaxation or more of a therapeutic massage, your session will focus on your unique goals for that day.
Modalities I am trained in include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release and Reiki. I enjoy using a variety of techniques during every massage to customize the needs of each individual at each session.
